Hardly Strictly Bluegrass............ An incredible weekend that was basically designed to see Chris Hillman (Desert Rose Band), Plant & Krauss and Emmylou Harris, Patty Griffin & Shawn Colvin. Others of note were Peter Rowan & Jimmy Dale Gilmore....... how great were John Jorgenson, Herb Pedersen and Chris Hillman.....descriptive adjectives would pale by actual seeing them play. It is what music has essentially always been about, an escape, a method of coping and music that defines not only a select generation by for the masses.
